Aptar Debuts Derma Series NA Edition

In response to the growing dermocosmetics market, Aptar Beauty is offering tailored products to meet the needs of the formulas.

The new Derma Series full packaging and dispensing products offer high-performing solutions predominantly manufactured in North America to support faster innovation, greater supply chain resilience, and improved speed to market.

The Derma Series NA Edition offers a selection of airless packaging, cosmetic pumps, droppers, dispensing pumps, spray pumps, and aerosols that adapt to the specifications of the dermocosmetics market.

The airless packaging options address formula protection. US-made Micro and Mezzo airless options are fully recyclable and are available in a wide range of sustainable materials, including PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled Resin). 

The Star Drop dropper offers a precise and buildable drop-by-drop user experience. The NeoDropper Autoload dropper has a twist-and-push autoload system that fills the short applicator with the optimal dose. 

The Amplitude cosmetic pump pairs premium twist-to-lock dispensing with the superior performance of a high-output cosmetic pump, offering broad formula compatibility, precise dispensing, and an elevated user experience.

Derma Series allows for a wide range of customization options to reinforce brand equity with premium decoration, also available with glass bottles. 

This includes full metal designs made in the U.S., like the Evolux cosmetic pump, with a metal-free pathway for optimal formula compatibility, and Astrea, a premium airless dispensing system that combines a recyclable tubular glass bottle with an elevated consumer experience.

All packaging from the Derma Series offers a wide range of sustainable options such as recyclable materials and recycled resin. 

This includes mono-material designs, like fully recyclable PE (Polyethylene), and an e-commerce-capable Future dispensing pump with a twist-to-lock mechanism.
